Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Scope of position: Your main responsibilities will include participating in the realization of different activities of the Human Resources department, focusing mainly on recruitment, while providing outstanding support to internal customers.


• Manage the entire hiring process for targeted positions (drafting and/or review of job descriptions, job postings, reception and analysis of resumes, interviews, medical appointments, employment verification, etc.);
• Write employment contracts;
• Follow up to candidates who have submitted their applications according to corporate processes;
• Provide support for internal users on the Dayforce system;
• Participate, with the HR Manager, in the development of various corporate policies;
• Actively participate in the process of integrating new employees;
• Assist in managing the employee training program (Law 1%);
• Assist in the process of 3-month interviews;
• Assist in managing the awards program;
• Assist in entering the data in SAP & Dayforce;
• Update the organizational charts
• Provide clerical assistance in issuing purchase orders, assistance with invoice processing;
• Participate in different HR projects
• All other tasks assigned

• Certificate in Human Resources;
• Three years of experience;
• Client service oriented;
• Excellent skills with Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint);
• Bilingual French / English;
• Experience with Dayforce an asset
• Working experience with SAP Project Systems, an asset
